Today’s class runs 10am – 1pm approx., with all ingredients, recipes, aprons and refreshments provided.
During class today there will be hands on cookery and demonstrations from the chef of some tasty brunch dishes. Everyone will be hands on making the Potato Scone Stack to enjoy for Brunch, students will also be hands on making the pancakes to taste & to take home from the class. The chef will be demonstrating the butteries & Cinnamon Swirls for everyone to have a taste of. Join us for a relaxed morning learning new skills.

Please bring along a few tubs or tins to take your goodies home & dress comfortably as it can get warm in the kitchen. As we use try to use all local and fresh produce our menu may change at any given time should any problems arise.
All bookings to be made at least 48 hours before the class date, once booking and payment has been made, you will receive confirmation within 48 hours – please check your junk box if it’s not in your inbox. If you do not receive confirmation, please get in touch as your booking may not have been received, and in turn the class may fill up.
