Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a class please let us know as soon as you can, booking numbers are very important to us to enable classes to run, failure to give us adequate notice can have a severe knock on with other class participants. We are only a small business and cancelled spaces without sufficient notice impairs on us dramatically. We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel a class. We unfortunately do not offer refunds, but if you have given us sufficient notice we are happy to transfer you to another class of your choice. We are aware things can crop up at the last minute but if you are unable to attend due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, your place can be transferred to another person but not to another date. Please note, all classes must be booked at least 48 hours in advance to allow us to organise class lists and ingredients. All classes must be paid for prior to class taking place, payment secures the place in the class, and if a booking has been made but no payment received the place will be released. In exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to cancel classes at any given time, we will try to give you as much notice as we can as we hate to let people down, but sometimes these things happen.
